Working Principle of Carton Erector
carton erector first uses a vacuum suction cup to pick up flat cardboard from the storage tank and pulls it out to unfold it, thus initially shaping it. Then, the bottom folding mechanism folds the four flaps at the bottom of the carton into place in sequence, and the bottom is firmly sealed by a tape applicator or glue spraying device. Finally, the carton with the bottom formed and sealed is sent out by a conveyor belt to connect to the next packing process.
